Due to the custom nature of the product, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Should your item arrive damaged or with defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. We will accept returns of said damaged or defective merchandise only within 5 days of receipt and the items must be packaged and sealed in the original packaging with the packing slip included/noted accordingly.
